How I Like to Work
My aim is to create a trusting relationship so that we can understand the difficulties facing you and what matters most to you. With this shared understanding, it’s possible to develop greater self-awareness and begin to move forwards.
We are more able to make positive changes in our lives when we feel listened to and validated. We will work collaboratively to find new, more effective ways of coping, keeping your values and strengths at the centre of what we do.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working within research and the NHS. In leading a mental health service, I have supported people with a range of psychological difficulties and life challenges.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Exeter. I also hold a PhD in Health Psychology with Cardiff University. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, UK (HCPC).
