How I Like to Work
I believe that therapy works best when people feel seen, understood and safe. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client. No two people experience life in the same way, so I adapt my work to meet each client’s unique needs, pace and goals. I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients can explore difficulties with curiosity, compassion, and without judgement.
I am an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings within the NHS and voluntary sectors.
I have a particular interest in working with autistic children and adults, as well as individuals with ADHD, alongside broader therapeutic work with clients across the lifespan who present with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Queen’s University, Belfast (2024). I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy (Parts 1-3).
