How I Like to Work
I work collaboratively with you to help explore your current difficulties, taking the stance of ‘what has happened to you’ and ‘how you made sense of it’ rather than ‘what is wrong with you.’ Together we will develop a shared understanding of your difficulties, explore a path to change, and work together to create the change you seek.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in various NHS services, supporting adults, young people, and their families with a range of psychological difficulties, across different roles.
I have a particular interest and specialist expertise in working with anxiety difficulties and trauma.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU). I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
