I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working in the NHS and private sectors.
My Experience and Interests
The difficulties that I work with include:
- Anxiety, including social anxiety, generalised anxiety, phobias and OCD
- Depression
- Bipolar Disorder
- Low self-esteem
- Relationship difficulties
- Paranoia or fear of harm from others
- Sleep difficulties, including nightmares
- Unusual experiences such as hearing, seeing or feeling things others don’t (psychosis)
- PTSD and complex trauma (including dissociation)
How I Like to Work
I am passionate about supporting and empowering people to live the lives that they want to live. I am an enthusiastic and empathic person and take time to develop a collaborative working relationship so that you feel heard and understood.

I primarily use:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
- CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy)
- Mindfulness techniques
- Schema Focused Therapy
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at UCL (2014). I also have Teacher Training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) (2019) and a Postgraduate Certificate in CBT for Psychosis (2023). I am registered with the Health Care Professionals Council.
