How I Like to Work
It’s really important to me that I create a genuine and trusting relationship with the people I work with. I know it can sometimes feel daunting accessing therapy, so my goal is to provide a space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and difficulties.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the NHS. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), mental health inpatient hospitals, paediatric psychology services and perinatal mental health teams.
I draw on a range of psychological models and work creatively to meet the needs of my clients. I have specialist interests in supporting children and adolescents, and working with parents in the postpartum period and beyond.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Salomons Institute (Canterbury Christ Church University) and hold a Foundation qualification in Systemic Theory and Practice. I am a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UK.
