How I Like to Work
It’s my belief that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My aim is to offer a warm, authentic and collaborative space where you feel heard and brave enough to explore your difficulties. I work in a person-centred way, drawing on your existing strengths and supporting you in identifying your values and how to live a life that feels meaningful to you.
Together, we pace the work so that it feels safe and manageable, balancing reflection with practical steps forward.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over eight years’ experience working in the NHS across a variety of settings. I support people across the lifespan who are experiencing psychological distress and who are understandably affected by life events.
My Credentials and Registration
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manchester, and my EMDR training with EMDR Academy. I’m registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council, UK (HCPC).
